Indoor patient Services

  • All wards provide free indoor patient care
  • Emergency wards admit emergency cases medical and surgical cases
  • Labor room for conducting deliveries round the clock
  • Nurseries provide necessary care to the new born
  • All indoor patients receive treatment under the guidance and supervision of senior doctors
  • Outside office hours, treatment is given by the doctor on duty and specialists are available on call.
  • Visitors are allowed only between 8.00 am to 9.00 am & 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm

You are being directed to CPGRAM website. You would be asked to Register with CPGRAM if not already registered. Registered users can login directly using their CPGRAM user ID and password.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
