Health Check-up and Wellness Camps are conducted regularly every month by ESIC Hospital Varanasi at various industrial establishments with an aim to promote and protect the health of Insured persons/ Insured women. A generalized health check-up of the employees including recording of blood pressure and blood sugars is done at their work premises. They are screened for lifestyle disorders and nutritional deficiencies. They are educated to maintain a healthy lifestyle, be strictly compliant to treatment protocols and adhere to safe working practices. The employees requiring further medical treatment or intervention are referred to ESIC Hospitals for management. Awareness about benefits of ESIC Scheme and the facilities available to Insured Persons and their dependents under ESI Act is imparted. The employees are also made aware of the various facilities that can be availed at ESIC Hospital Varanasi and booking of online appointment for consultations through the AAA app. Aadhaar seeding is done simultaneously at the factory premises.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint

Proceed
